Crossing Safety on Washington Blvd
*Please be sure to look both ways before crossing an intersection.
*If the intersection has a button for a flashing light, then PUSH the BUTTON. Still look both ways before crossing. The intersection of
S. Washington Blvd and 9th Ave is exceptionally busy due to the construction. Students need to PUSH the BUTTON, the lights will go on, and then they should be able to proceed once traffic stops.
Water bottles
There is a large collection of water bottles on top of the pencil vending machines. If you are missing yours, please take a look. This is not a place to be storing your items. Lost and Found is on the coat rack next to the Pencil vending machine.
3rd Annual Yearbook Cover Contest!!!
You may submit your design for yearbook cover for a chance to win a free yearbook? Your cover must be 8.5x11 inches. It can be hand drawn or created in google docs, slides or any other format that you can send me as a PDF attachment. I will collect all submissions and send them out for students to vote on their favorite. The winning cover design will be used as our 2022-23 yearbook cover and the person submitting the cover will receive a free yearbook. Designs are due by September 30th. Voting will be held the following week. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Winslow.
