JUST 18 DAYS LEFT!

The last day of school is Wednesday, June 1st! As we enter into the “home stretch” we ask that all parents encourage children to exercise their best behavior and keep up with their assignments. Classroom behavior and work completion will play a large factor in students’ eligibility to participate in special end-of-the-year events. Thank you!

FROM THE MUSIC STUDIO – SPRING MUSIC INFORMANCES

These are short, casual, grade level, “informances” held in our gym. I am excited these are back, and the kids are excited to share with you what music class day to day looks like and, “inform you” what they have learned. Here is the schedule:

Second Grade – Thursday, May 5th – 6:00 p.m.

Third Grade – Thursday, May 5th – 6:45 p.m.

Fourth Grade – Tuesday, May 10th – 6:00 p.m.

Plan on arriving only about 10 minutes before we begin. (We will start promptly.) You will come into the school by the gym.

Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Thank you! – Miss Jen (jmeyer@camanchecsd.org)

FROM MRS. MUNSON

This week discuss with your student: “I do not like it, but I will accept it”. Things don’t always go the way we want them to. Learning to be flexible thinkers and accepting things that we don’t necessarily like or agree with is a valuable life skill that uses a growth mindset. We want to teach kids how to respond gracefully, be flexible thinkers, and use the coping skills needed so they can be successful at home, in school, and in their future careers.
