FLU SHOTS

We will be participating in the Genesis Flu-Free Quad Cities vaccine program for elementary students K-5. Genesis VNA provides this community service to us. The program provides a free flu shot to any student that has parent consent. The clinic will be here at school on Monday, October 12th. Please see the attached information sheet.  An ONLINE CONSENT FORM will need to be completed for your student to participate in the program. The online form can be found at: https://www.genesishealth.com/giving/projects--events/flu-free-quad-cities/student-flu-vaccine-consent--release-form/

THANK YOU JOHN DEERE

We’d like to thank John Deere for donating over $1200 to purchase materials for the FIRST Lego League Discover program!  Camanche Elementary School was the first school in the nation that John Deere chose to fund for this program.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES – NEXT WEEK!

In an effort to keep everyone healthy, our conferences will be held via Zoom. Your teacher will be sending home a conference invite. Each conference time slot is for 15 minutes and will be arranged between you and the classroom teacher. Conferences will be on Wednesday, October 7th and Thursday, October 8th. The conferences will be held from 2:30 PM-7:30 PM.

Your child's teacher will send you a Zoom link to join conferences. Please use your child's name as your user name to be admitted into the conference. You will remain in the waiting room until it is your conference time.

Specials' teachers will also be available at this time. If you would like to arrange a meeting with a specials' teacher please send them a message in Dojo or email them. They will arrange a meeting time and share their Zoom link with you.

If you have any technical difficulties when you try to join please Dojo your teacher during the conference so they can help you.  If you have any questions please let me know.
