FROM MRS. MUNSON

Confidence is something we want all our children to feel, and it starts with believing in themselves. True self-confidence grows not just from praise, but from kids seeing what they can do on their own and feeling proud of their efforts and accomplishments. This week, take a moment to talk with your child about the statement “I believe in myself”. Ask them “When do you feel confident?” You might be surprised by what they share! Confident kids are more likely to try new things, face challenges, and bounce back when things get tough – all important parts of growing up happy and strong.
