Middle School Softball

2023/2024 Yearbooks on sale NOW!!!!!!
2023/2024 Yearbooks are on sale now. Forms will be on the activity rack by the Middle School office. Yearbooks can also be purchased online through In-Touch. They are $15.00, deadline is April 30. After April 30th they will by $20.00.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Meetings are Thursdays at 7:30-8am in Mr. Rodriguez’s room, Room 336. ANYONE is invited to join.
Chalk Talk
Chalk Talk will be on Friday mornings 7:35am-7:55am. Anyone interested in playing 7/8th grade football next year is allowed to come.
Talent Show
5th - 8th grade CMS Talent Show will be May 31st at 1:30PM in the theater. All middle schoolers are welcome to try out! Ideas include magic tricks, jokes, skits, animal tricks, singing, gymnastics, dancing, or playing an instrument. Let your imagination go wild! Acts should be between 1-3 minutes long and school-appropriate. There will be mandatory try-outs and dress rehearsal. Please work on something now so you are well-rehearsed by May! 8th graders since this will be the last big hurrah at CMS, it would be fun to see a creative singing, dancing, or acting group of 8th graders! 2024 Youth Hunter Education Challenge
Date of event: June 1st 2024
Location: Rock Creek Marina and Campground Camanche, Iowa
This event will feature Archery, Rifle, Shotgun, Muzzleloader, Hunter Responsibility Exam, Hunter Safety Trail, Orienteering & Wildlife Identification.

1st Gateway Credit Union Youth Month
1st Gateway Credit Union will be celebrating Youth Month in April!!!
They will be giving kids ages 12 and under the chance to be entered into a drawing to win a bike.
Attention Current Camanche 4th & 5th Graders
Register for Fall 2024 5th & 6th Grade Youth Tackle Football.
The tackle football program begins the week of August 12th and includes introduction skills for tackle football, and a six game schedule. Games are held on Sundays beginning September 8th

What to Bring: Both parent and player must attend the registration. Player is fitted for equipment at this time.
TOTAL COST: $170.00 registration fee. An optional hard cup chin strap is offered for an additional $25.00

Storm Youth Baseball Camp
Saturday, May 11, 2024
Ages: 11,12,13,14-2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m
Fee: $25.00 per camper(includes T-shirt if registered by 3PM on 5/3
Campers may register after May 3 and on the day of camp but are not guaranteed a t-shirt. This camp will focus on the fundamentals of baseball. The CHS coaching staff and high school players will be in attendance to provide a great camp experience for all the youth.
