The first practice for basketball cheer is Tuesday, October 29 from 6-8 PM. Location – TBA

2020 yearbooks are now on sale for $45.00 before December 31, 2019.  After this date, the cost will be $55.00.  Anyone interested in purchasing a yearbook should see Mrs. Sheppard or any yearbook staff.

The Camanche High School Players present...

 Ticket prices: $4 for students & seniors and $6 for adults


The Camanche Sharing Tree is designed to provide low-income families and/or those undergoing financial hardships during the holiday season with Christmas gifts and food baskets.  To be eligible you must be within the Camanche School District or attending Camanche Schools.

If you need our help, please fill out and mail a downloaded form from the school website ( to Camanche Sharing Tree, P. O. Box 171, Camanche, IA 52730, no later than Thursday, November 7th.  Blank forms are also available in the High School Office, at Clinton National Bank – Camanche Branch, Citizens First Bank – Camanche Branch and at 1st Gateway Credit Union.  NO FORMS WILL BE MAILED OUT.            

Food baskets and gifts may be picked up on Tuesday, December 17th, from 9:00 a.m. until NOON and from 3:30 until 5:30 p.m.  PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR!

Dates to Remember:

Oct. 28 – Mardi Gras Parade – 6pm – 9pm   

Any student leaving during the day due to a doctor appointment, dental appointment or illness MUST have a parent call by 9:00am and check out in the office before leaving.  Failure to check out of the building or report back into the building properly from an appointment or coming in late will result in an unexcused absence.

Activity Passes – Student = $30.00; Adult = $60.00; Family = $125.00. There will be a $2.00 replacement fee charged for lost passes.

Student ID/Lunch Cards – There will be a $2.00 fee charged for lost cards.

Parking Permits/Tags – ALL students driving to school MUST have a valid parking tag hanging on the rearview mirror facing out.  The parking lot will be checked and vehicles parked without a parking permit will face consequences.  The cost of a parking tag is $5.00 and may be purchased in the office with a completed parking permit form from Mrs. Walters.

  The Junior class has garbage bags for sale.  The cost is $15.00 per box of 100 bags.  Please contact a Junior or call the High School at 563-259-3008 to order.
