GO STORM!

Any student leaving during the day due to a doctor appointment, dental appointment or illness MUST have a parent call by 9:00 am and check out in the office before leaving.  Failure to check out of the building or report back into the building properly from an appointment or coming in late will result in an unexcused absence.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on 21 from 1:30 pm – 7:30 pm.  There will be NO SCHOOL on Wed., Nov. 22.

Thanksgiving Break – Thurs., Nov. 23 and Fri., Nov. 24, 2023 – NO SCHOOL

Blood Drive – will be held on Tues., Nov. 28 in the Media Center.  Please eat before donating and bring a photo ID.  For more information, please contact Mrs. Turner, Ms. Quick or Emily VanSloten.

Sharing Tree News – The Camanche Sharing Tree is designed to provide low-income families and/or those undergoing financial hardships during the holiday season with Christmas gifts and food baskets. To be eligible you must be within the Camanche School District or attending Camanche Community Schools.

Food baskets and gifts may be picked up on Tuesday, December 19th, from 9:00 am until NOON and from 3:30 until 5:00 pm.  Food baskets should be picked up first at the Camanche Community Center located at 323 9th Avenue, Camanche and the gift items can be picked up at the Masonic Lodge in Camanche located on the corner of 9th Avenue and 3rd Street. PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR!

Drivers Education Class – The Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency’s Driver Education Program will be holding a session at Camanche High School. Thirty hours of asynchronous online instruction and six hours behind-the-wheel instruction per student is provided over a three-week time period.  Stop in the High School Office for an informational pamphlet.
