Any student leaving during the day due to a doctor appointment, dental appointment or illness MUST have a parent call by 9:00 am and check out in the office before leaving. Failure to check out of the building or report back into the building properly from an appointment or coming in late will result in an unexcused absence.
Drivers Education Class – The Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency’s Driver Education Program will be holding a session at Camanche High School. Thirty hours of asynchronous online instruction and six hours behind-the-wheel instruction per student is provided over a three-week time period. Stop in the High School Office for an informational pamphlet.

Great River Aquatics Club (GRAC) – GRAC is offering competitive and leisure swimming for youth and adults. There will be an Information Night at the Clinton High School Pool for parents and athletes on September 6 & 7 at 6:00 pm. 2023 Homecoming Dance – The Camanche High School Homecoming Week is Sept. 17-23, 2023. The Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 8 pm – 11:00 pm in the Commons. Non-Camanche High School guests wishing to attend dances at Camanche High School must be approved to attend by school administration. Sign up will begin on Tues., Sept. 5 and end at 2:00 pm on Wed. Sept. 20. Cost is $5.00 per person and must be paid at the time of sign up. Guest Registration Forms will also be available to pick up in the office at this time. Forms must be completed and turned in to Mrs. Walters in the office no later than 2:00 pm on Wed. Sept. 21. Guests who turn in forms after this time cannot be guaranteed approval.
