COATS FOR KIDS

Cold weather is here!  If you or your child(ren) are in need of a winter coat, please contact Carrie Graves at 563-259-3050 or cgraves@camanchecsd.org.  We have new to gently used coats (children through men’s/women’s sizes) that we are able to give to anyone in need.  Please remember that all information is kept strictly confidential.  Also, if you would like to donate a new or gently used coat and/or clothing, you can drop it off in the main office during business hours.  Thank you!

S’MORE FOOD DRIVE

Ok, all you happy campers, the end of the camping trip is near!  Will Mrs. Witt’s 2nd grade class stay in first or will Mrs. Clarke’s 3rd grade class pass them for the win??  And don’t forget Ms. Gifford’s 2nd grade class, they are not too far behind in 3rd place.  Mrs. Witt’s 2nd grade class won the extra recess last week!  Who will be the first class to get to sit around the bonfire?  Just remember not to melt under the pressure and become an ooey-gooey mess!  You have one last day to gather your canned goods and/or donations of money to try to get to the bonfire first!  Camanche Elementary is sticking together to get our food pantry filled!

CES READING GOAL

As a school we have set a goal of 98,500 minutes in the month of November.  So far, our school has read 35,669 minutes.  We will have a PAJAMA PARTY on Friday, December 7th if/when we reach our goal.  Thank you for helping support this work!
