Vaccine information will be mailed to your home soon. Please be watching for the paper work to be filled out and returned to school no later than March 27th.
Genesis VNA is offering the tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap) and meningococcal (MenACWY) vaccines to all 6th graders who qualify. These 2 vaccines are required prior to school in the fall under Iowa law for all students entering the 7th grade unless a valid exemption is provided. The vaccine is at no cost and a clinic will be scheduled in the spring and administered here at school on May 7th.
