There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, February 18th in observance of President’s Day.

We will be having our classroom parties on Friday, February 15th from 2:30-3:00. Please follow the guidelines from the Healthy Kids Act. A list of approved snacks is available on our school website. Due to food allergies, any items that do not come pre-packaged will be sent back home with the family that brought them. Thank you for keeping our students safe!

We’ve officially started our annual Kids Heart Challenge to support the American Heart Association. Our event will run February 13-27.  Be sure to register online and take the heart challenge and be part of this great event. You can send ecards, email and add a link to your Facebook page. It’s really easy! Here’s the link that will take you right to the website: We are so proud of our commitment to helping the American Heart Association!  Hope you will join us!

Our Scholastic Book Fair is right around the corner! We will host the book fair in our Elementary Media Center during our spring conferences (1:30-7:00pm) on Wednesday, March 6th and Thursday, March 7th. Watch for flyers to be sent home earlier that week for information on how you can order from home and have your order sent directly to school where we will deliver to your children. We can’t wait to see all of you, and watch the students’ faces light up with the prospect of buying books of their own!

As a school we have set a goal of 98,500 minutes in the month of February. So far, our school has read 12,034 minutes.  We will celebrate if/when we reach our goal. Thank you for helping support this work!

If your student is going to be absent, will arrive late, or needs to leave early, please make sure to call the main office no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the absence, tardy or early dismissal.

Our attendance is currently 96.46%. We as a school have set a goal of 97%. Thank you for working with us to reach that goal, EVERY DAY matters.
