SPRING PICTURES- TOMORROW!

            Lifetouch Photography will be at CES TOMORROW, FEBRUARY 19^th to photograph ALL PRESCHOOL THROUGH 4^TH GRADE STUDENTS.  If you would like to order prints, please visit mylifetouch.com and enter Picture Day ID: EVTGSDHT8.

 

KINDERGARTEN ROUND UP – NEXT WEEK!

            Kindergarten Round Up will be held via zoom meeting on Wednesday, February 24^th at 2:45 p.m. and on Thursday, February 25^th at 5:00 p.m. If you have a child that will turn 5 years old on or before September 15, 2021, please call our office to add them to our Round Up list. We can’t wait to meet all of our future kindergarteners!

 

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES

            Parent/Teacher Conferences are right around the corner! Conferences will be held on Wednesday, March 3^rd and Thursday, March 4^th from 1:30-7:30 p.m. A notice indicating the time and place of your child’s conference will be sent home soon. Please return this notice as soon as possible to confirm your conference time. Report cards will be sent home with students the day before conferences.

 

DUE TO CONFERENCES, WE WILL BE HAVING AN EARLY DISMISSAL AT 1:08/1:15 ON BOTH DAYS

THERE IS NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY, MARCH 5TH

 

PRESCHOOL INFORMATION NIGHT

            Children who will turn 4 years old on or before September 15^th qualify for FREE preschool. We’d like to invite you to an informational Zoom meeting on Thursday, March 11^th at 5:00 p.m. We will give you some insights regarding our district’s free preschool program and get applications to you for the 2021-2022 school year. AFTER SCHOOL PICK UP

            This is just a reminder of where students are dismissed from our building at the end of each school day.  Each grade level can be picked up at the following locations:

 

                                                Preschool & 1^st grade: the ramp on Harts Avenue

                                                Kindergarten & 2^nd grade: the blacktop on 6^th Avenue

                                                3^rd & 4^th grade: front of the school on 11^th Place

March 5^th                                NO SCHOOL

March 14^th                               SPRING FORWARD – Begin Daylight Savings Time
