Principal's Welcome

Welcome to Camanche High School, the home of the Indians. Mr. Charles J. “Chuck” Wiebenga is the new principal at Camanche High School. This will be Mr. Wiebenga’s first year as a building level principal and his sixteenth year in education. Mr. Wiebenga graduated from Fulton High School before attending Central College and Illinois State University for his undergraduate degrees in both history and mathematics. Mr. Wiebenga holds masters of arts degrees in both curriculum and instruction and educational leadership from National Louis University and The American College of Education. “I would like to personally welcome you to Camanche High Schools' website. As the Principal of CHS, I consider it a privilege and an honor to be the leader of a building where high expectations will lead to high achievement! I believe in this slogan because it represents our true focus. Simply stated, we expect each and every one of our students to work to their potential and that he or she can and will achieve.
